Ava and I ventured to Red Castle Lake over Independence Day weekend for a couple of nights. Just west of Henry's Fork basin, Red Castle rises over 12k feet and its basin is home to the deepest lake in the Uintas. It is also home to swarms of mosquitoes, but fortunately for us they were still too young to bite...mostly.
